Connect Model X

The Connect Model X is a high-performance next-generation canoe polo kayak, designed for players looking for speed, acceleration and excellent manoeuvrability. Its pointed bow and wide, flat and voluminous stern give the Model X the characteristic handling of a modern next-generation polo kayak.

The relatively flat stern profile makes the kayak easy to turn, while the volume in the stern provides plenty of support when accelerating out of a turn. This combination makes it easy to build up speed quickly and keeps the kayak on top of the water during sprints, resulting in excellent acceleration and high top speed. The pointed bow responds quickly to subtle movements, allowing for precise manoeuvring in tight situations. It also makes diving underneath opponents easy, while still providing enough volume to lift them out of the water when blocking.

This premium construction is made using a seamless one-piece build, combining carbon, Kevlar, a PVC core and epoxy resin. The construction is vacuum hot cured, resulting in a lightweight, stiff and durable kayak. A black Kevlar strap around the side provides additional protection against wear and tear, helping to keep your Model X looking great for longer.

The Model X comes equipped with an adjustable seat, allowing you to easily fine-tune the kayak to your personal preference. The kayak is delivered complete with seat, bumpers and footrests.

Fun Fact: The Model X was developed in close collaboration with Christophe and Patrice Belat. Both have won the French National Championship and European Club Championship multiple times with their team Montpellier, while also achieving numerous successes with the French National Team, including European and World Championship titles. Their experience at the highest level of canoe polo played an important role in developing the Model X.
