Replacement blades - Braca-Sport Rapid Carbon

The Braca-Sport Rapid is a high-performance canoe polo blade designed for players looking for speed, precision and excellent control. Building on the proven Kinetic design, the Rapid takes its pointed blade shape even further to deliver an extremely efficient paddle stroke.

The narrow, pointed tip allows the blade to be placed closer to the kayak, helping the boat track straighter and reducing unwanted steering during powerful strokes. This makes the Rapid particularly effective for sprinting and acceleration, while also providing excellent control when handling the ball. The unique non-slip bands on the blades provide additional grip and confidence during ball control and quick paddle movements.

The Rapid is an excellent choice for offensive players who value explosive acceleration, high top speed and precise boat control. At the same time, the proven Braca-Sport construction provides the durability needed to withstand the demands of competitive canoe polo. The blades feature a highly impact-resistant edge around the entire blade and are reinforced with Polystyrol foam for additional strength and protection.

The Braca-Sport Rapid blades are compatible with the full range of Braca-Sport canoe polo shafts. Shafts are available in three stiffness levels: Soft, Medium and Hard. As a general guideline, stronger players will benefit from a stiffer shaft, while lighter players may prefer a softer setup.

Replacement blades: If one side of your paddle is damaged or broken, you can replace it without having to purchase a complete new paddle. Replacement blades are available individually as either a left-hand or right-hand blade, making it easy to repair your paddle and get back on the water.

Canoepoloshop advice: The Rapid blades with a Medium shaft are a great all-round combination and an excellent choice for most players. We recommend avoiding the Soft shaft if you weigh more than 45 kg, as it can feel too flexible under load. The Hard shaft provides maximum stiffness and power, but can feel harsher on the wrists, particularly when blocking.
